Processing Time:
Orders typically ship within 72 hours of purchase. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Delivery within 2 to 8 business days, depending on your location. Standard shipping is free for all orders over $50.
Multiple Shipments:
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately based on stock availability, ensuring you receive your full order as soon as possible.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, here’s how our return process works:
Return Eligibility:

Return Window:
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and ‘as new’ condition, including all tags and specialty packaging. -
Excluded Items:
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Any exclusions will be noted on product pages and/or at checkout. -
Condition:
To initiate a return, email us at info@whitelakepress.com with a photo of the item(s) to assess their condition. Returned items must be in original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition. -
Bundle Purchases:
Partial refunds are not available for purchased bundles.

Initiating a Return:
To start a return, email us at info@whitelakepress.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. -
Refunds:
Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
